Kualifikasi
- Minimum education D4/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production
Management, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in production administration or control (preferably in a
manufacturing environment).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP systems or
production software is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, discipline, attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
